          qmsg - append message to NQS log or error files.

     SYNOPSIS
          qmsg [ -e ] [ -o ] [ -v ] request-id

     DESCRIPTION
          Qmsg appends messages to the NQS log or error files.  The
          messages are gathered from stdin until an end-of-file.

     OPTIONS
          -e        The message is to be written to the error log
                    file.  This is the default.

          -i        The message is to be written to the output log
                    file.

          -v        List the version of the program.

          All other switches will print a message indicating how the
          program is to be used.
